Jim Payer
In addition to running our his own companies, Jim has nearly 30
years of combined experience working for some of the largest
Authorized Dealer Programs in the country and has seen the
effects, both good and bad, of dealer programs.
Having invested hundreds of hours in research and conversation with
more than two dozen security companies operating in the United States and
he has developed a detailed analysis of the offerings of each company.
With this information, he can quickly and accurately assess any
residential or commercial needs and provide solutions appropriate to
the individual needs and budget of the client.
Jim has also identified the importance of remaining independant
and providing the best products and services available.
Nationwide chains and franchises inhibit their dealers by
limiting choices and options. Jim knows that independance is the
